# Indexing

> Index repositories, documentation, and documents for user-specific search

Index your GitHub repositories, documentation websites, and documents to make them searchable through WISTX.

## Overview

The Indexing API allows you to:

* **Index GitHub Repositories** - Make your codebase searchable
* **Index Documentation Websites** - Crawl and index documentation sites
* **Index Documents** - Upload PDFs, DOCX, Markdown, and other document types
* **Manage Resources** - List, check status, and delete indexed resources

## Rate Limits

Indexing operations count against your indexing quota:

* **Professional Plan:** 5 index jobs/month
* **Team Plan:** 10 index jobs/month
* **Enterprise Plan:** Unlimited index jobs/month
